***UPDATE April 2008 We are expecting to have some beef ready for delivery to the butcher in late May. You may place a deposit for a side or a whole to reserve your beef for late spring delivery.***

Customers purchase meat from Paradigm Farms either by the side (half of one animal)or by the whole (both sides of the animal). If you would like to purchase small quantities of meat please click here for more information.
Meat is priced at $3.85/pound when purchased by the side or by the whole, and your final price is based on the hanging weight of your side (or whole animal). Meat purchased by the side or by the whole will be cut to your specifications, and we will work with you to help you determine your final choices in cuts. All meat will be frozen, shrink wrapped, and labeled when it is picked up from the butcher. ****Scroll to the bottom of this page to place an order now.****

Please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page and read questions 7 and 8 to learn about hanging weight. Our hanging weights in 2007 are averaging about 300lbs per side.

We use PayPal to process our online payments. You do not need a PayPal account to place an online order with us. PayPal is our credit card processor. We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and eChecks. If you have a PayPal account you may pay using your account. When you continue to the secure checkout page and you do not have a PayPal account, simply click the button next to “If you do not have a PayPal account click here.” You will proceed to checkout using your credit card of choice (or eCheck).


Delivery Options: In the Middle Tennessee area you may pick your meat up directly from the packing facility in Chapel Hill, Tennessee. Outside of Middle Tennessee there are two options. The first option is to encourage other friends or family members to purchase by the side and we will arrange for pick-up in other areas of Tennessee. The second option is we will need to arrange for shipping via FedEx or UPS. Your meat will be shipped overnight packed in dry ice. Shipping is very expensive due to the weight. If you will need shipping please contact us before placing a deposit.

Place a deposit on a SIDE (half an animal) of natural meat now. Deposits are $100 and are applied as a credit to your final purchase price. Your final purchase price will be the hanging weight of your meat (pounds) multiplied by $3.85/pound. Click the “add to cart” button directly below to place your $100 deposit for one SIDE of meat. When prompted please enter your shipping information as we will need it for delivering your meat.



Place a deposit for a WHOLE animal (both sides) now. Deposits are $200 and are applied as a credit to your final purchase price. Your final purchase price will be the hanging weight of your meat (pounds) multiplied by $3.85/pound. Click the “add to cart” button directly below to place your $200 deposit for a WHOLE animal (two sides). When prompted please enter your shipping information as we will need it for delivering your meat.
